The Swiss Spirit Hotel Makurdi marked Envostructs' expansion into North-Central Nigeria, delivering structural design and construction works for a new hospitality development in Makurdi — capital of Benue State and a growing commercial and administrative hub along the River Benue. The Swiss Spirit Hotel was developed to meet the region's increasing demand for quality business accommodation. Envostructs was engaged for the full structural package: from geotechnical investigation and foundation design through to structural frame completion, working to the international standards of the Swiss International Hotel Group for room layout, load specifications, and structural robustness.
