Envostructs produces structural engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications that contractors can build from with confidence and that regulatory bodies will approve without hesitation. Detailed Design & Calculations
Full structural analysis using industry-standard software. All elements sized and verified against BS/Eurocode.
Drawing Production
Detailed structural drawings produced: foundation layout, column and beam schedule, slab and staircase details, roof structure.
Issue & Approval Support
Drawings issued for construction. Envostructs provides responses to regulatory queries and revision rounds as needed.

What structural standards do you design to?
We design to BS 8110 (British Standard for structural concrete), BS 5950 (steel structures), and the Eurocodes where specified by international clients. All designs are also verified for compliance with Nigerian building regulations and LASG requirements.
Can you design a building from an architect's sketch?
Yes. We regularly work from architectural concepts and produce the complete structural design package. We can also recommend structural systems that optimise the architecture within the budget.
Do you provide building approval drawings?
Yes. We produce all drawings in the formats required by LASG Building Control and equivalent state agencies — including the site plan, floor plans, elevations, sections, and structural drawings.
How long does a structural design take?
For a 2–4 storey residential building, typically 4–6 weeks from brief to final drawings. Larger commercial or multi-storey projects take 8–16 weeks depending on complexity.
