We self-deliver construction works on residential, hospitality, religious, and infrastructure projects across Nigeria, combining professional engineering management with hands-on site execution. Our construction team is directly supervised by COREN-licensed engineers at all times, ensuring the quality of every concrete pour, every reinforcement placement, and every finishing trade meets specification.

Pre-Construction Planning
Site logistics, procurement schedule, subcontractor selection, and construction programme prepared before mobilisation.
Foundation Works
Excavation, geotechnical inspection, blinding, reinforcement, and foundation concrete poured under resident engineer supervision.
Structural Frame
Columns, beams, and slabs constructed floor-by-floor with cube tests at every pour. Drawings verified before each formwork setup.
Services & Finishing
Roofing, blockwork, plastering, tiling, and all finishing trades coordinated and supervised to specification.
Handover & Certification
Snagging inspection, defects rectification, structural completion certificate, and keys-in-hand handover to client.

Do you both design and build?
Yes. Envostructs is a full design-and-build firm. We can take a project from geotechnical investigation through structural design to full construction. We also do construction-only for client-supplied designs.
What is your minimum project size?
We take residential projects from ₦30 million upward, and commercial/infrastructure from ₦80 million. For smaller works we may recommend local contractors we can supervise on your behalf.
How do you ensure quality on site?
Every Envostructs construction site has a resident engineer present daily. We conduct concrete cube tests at every pour, reinforcement checks before each pour, and weekly photographic progress reports to the client.
Do you provide a structural completion certificate?
Yes. All Envostructs-constructed buildings receive a structural completion certificate signed by a COREN-licensed engineer, which is required by LASG and insurers.
